No, the use of the Turbo Lister product does not require the use of any function offered by eBay, although it is compatible with PayPal and Checkout. Turbo Lister offers the same flexibility to choose your payment processes and communication with the buyer, as you would do with the publication of your item using the sell your item form on the eBay site.
Can I use eBay Turbo Lister and write my HTML code?
